Job Title: Sales Executive

Responsibilities
- Actively source and identify potential clients for property sales.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends and the competitive landscape to provide informed advice.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth transactions for clients.
- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Develop a thorough understanding of products and services.
- Stay updated on new product offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to improve products and services based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A vibrant, confident, and results-driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
