Job Summary
- The real estate manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the real estate company.
 - This includes managing property acquisition, leasing, sales, and marketing strategies, as well as supervising staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.
 - The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the real estate company
 - Develop and implement marketing strategies for properties
 - Manage property acquisitions and sales processes
 - Build relationships with clients, investors, and real estate partners
 - Supervise and train staff, including agents and administrative personnel
 - Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and pricing
 - Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications
